It’s officially the middle of the month…or even a little past. When are these months going to slow down? I feel like we just started the school year, yet it’s about to end. Here’s an update on my May Goals.
1.Get at least one or two things crossed off my 30 before 40 list
Let me just say that I am rocking this one. I completed 4 more items off my list: #6, #10, #20, and #26. Just click on the link above to read the list. I’ll wait.
OK. So, even though I’ve done good so far, I still have 16 items left to complete, and only 3 and a half months left. I need to kick it into high gear.
2.Get our summer plans organized
Still working on this. I have Mr. B signed up for some fun summer school classes (space camp, sport camp, and science,) and we have one road trip planned. I still need to work on the logistics for the road trip, and I also want to start planning my birthday trip for August. I was waiting until the March for Babies was over, so I need to start work on this.
3.Get some spring cleaning done
As you may remember from this POST, I got a head start on the spring cleaning in the twins’ room. I still need to finish my closet, and Mr. B’s closet. I did clean out the freezer and fridge when I prepped for the Whole30, so that was a win.
4.Get some writing done
This has not been happening. I’ve been so preoccupied with everything else that you see above, I have not been writing any posts ahead of time. I’m hoping that once I adjust to my new eating, my brain won’t be so foggy and my energy levels will go back up. More on that in Thursday’s update.
