Friday Five
Have you ever felt like a little rain cloud was following you around? Well, in my case it’s been a snow cloud. Literally. The other day, I was cleaning the snow from my car, and no matter what I did, snow kept falling on my head. It was actually quite comical. So instead of focusing on all the yuck, I’m going to share the good things with you in my Friday Five.
Little Leprechauns
The twins had a St. Patty’s Day Party at Preschool yesterday, and when they came home they were so excited to share what they did. The Leprachaun had played a lot of tricks, like leaving footprints and green in the toilet. He set the bar pretty high for Mom and Dad.
We Stepped it Up
We couldn’t be outdone by the Leprechaun at school, so Dad and Mr. B set a trap last night. The Leprechaun was so mad, he kicked his way out, but still left some treats.
He also played a few tricks on Mom and Dad.
Getting Rummage Ready
In an effort to declutter our house, I’m selling at our Twins’ Club Rummage Sale. I’ve still got two weeks to get everything done, but I’m pretty proud of the progress I’ve made so far. I’m also proud of the amount of stuff I’ve decided to get rid of. Here’s just a small, small sampling.
If you are in the area, please come check out the sale. There will be tons of clothes, toys, baby gear, household items, and much more. You don’t need to have twins, be a twin, or even know a twin. There’s stuff for everyone! Just click HERE for more info.
School Progress
Mr. B has been really working hard on his reading this year. It was a struggle for him, but I think he’s finally turned the corner.
He also has been doing some beautiful art, and I’m so proud.
Decisions
This last one hasn’t happened quite yet, but I’m looking forward to it. We are meeting with a group at the school to determine what to do for the boys schooling next year. It’s been causing me a lot of anxiety and worry, so I’m just happy that after today, we will have a decision made.
I’ll include all of the details and the process we’ve been going through in a future post. I just haven’t wanted to write about it until I know more. I hope you’ll be patient with me.
So, those are my Friday Five. I hope some of the pictures made you smile on this St. Patty’s Day. Have a green beer or at least some of the Leprechaun’s candy today!
How are you spending your Friday? Any fun plans this weekend? I’d love to hear them in the comments below.

I personally know how hard it is to make those decisions about schooling as my child is special needs. I look forward to hearing more about that.
Cute kids!! Love the art work.

Aww loved reading your Friday five <3 please let us know what happens and what decisions are made re: your boys schooling. I'm sure that's incredibly stressful and hopefully some answers bring relief.
Omg the stress with keeping up with these new traditions at school! I hear about this all the time from my friends–looks like you guys think on your feet pretty well. I ove the leprechaun note (and green hair!)!
Xoxo and hope you have a great weekend!

Thanks! It has been super stressful. I just want a decision to be made already, but it looks as if it will still be a while.
